AC maintenance in Port Saint Lucie: a practical checklist

Your between-visit checklist
Check the filter monthly and replace or clean it according to its condition and the manufacturer’s instructions. Keep indoor grilles unobstructed and the area around outdoor equipment clear of loose debris. From a safe, accessible position, look for new water, ice or damage. Do not open electrical panels or reach into the fan.
